September 17 is the anniversary of the US Constitution.
What a sad day it is as the constitution is neglected and overlooked – disrespected — by the politicians who are supposed to protect and defend this document.
The US Constitution is the wisest and most complete document in its creation and foundation for government. It tells us what powers our government can and cannot have and gives power to the people of the US as well as enumerating the rights we all have.
But in a deconstructed, post-modern society like ours, it means nothing. Why? Because the men who wrote it, haggled over it, and debated it were not perfect.
Our politicians use it, today, to their advantage when convenient and neglect it in times of inconvenience.
If you were to read the constitution, you will see the examples of neglect which we’ve been subjected to for so long, but the most horrendous act that we’ve all been subjected to is that few people know the content of the document. That’s because it isn’t taught in schools any more, which is probably by the choice of educators who’ve been ordered from on high to not teach it. Our government leaders want this because the more ignorant the masses, the more lies and propaganda can be perpetrated on the American people.
Here’s a list of the neglect and degradation we’re experiencing:
1) Article I, Section 9 states that “No money shall be drawn from the treasury but in consequence of appropriations made by law.’’ How many tens of billions of American tax dollars have been sent to Ukraine to fund a war as unpopular as this one? Our politicians give the okay to fund this war but American citizens are tired of this especially after seeing a suspicious wildfire in Hawaii where the citizens of Lahaina have received almost nothing.
Have laws been created to distribute cell phones and free checks to hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants who are inundating important services in large cities?
2) Article I, Section 10 states “No state shall…make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment.’’ The fact that US currency is not backed by a precious metal is decades old. Richard Nixon took the US off the gold standard in 1971. And since then our fiat currency has been constantly devalued. Economists have said the dollar has lost at least 80 percent of its buying power since the covideception lockdowns. Gas prices and groceries are higher now and will keep rising as the Federal Reserve keeps printing its funny money.
3) Article I, Section 4: “The times, places and manner of holding elections for senators and representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof.’’ How many Secretaries of State changed election laws whimsically and without legislative sayso to accommodate the procurement of mail-in ballots in 2020? Some of the swing states did. Here, in Pennsylvania, mail-in ballots were accepted three days after election day in 2020. And the mainstream minion media spent weeks telling us that the 2020 election was the fairest and most transparent in recent history. I suppose it’s true that if you spew the same lie long enough, everyone will eventually believe it.
4) First Amendment: Everyone should be aware that we no longer have a right to free speech or free press. Recently, Infowars reporter, Owen Schroyer, was arrested and sentenced for questioning the transparency of the 2020 election. Slow Joe Biden and his lackeys colluded with the social media companies to censor Americans who discuss his corrupt practices and how he sold out his own country in favor of big fat bank accounts for himself and his family.
Churches were closed during the covideception lockdowns, shutting down your right to worship and assemble for religious services.
5) Second Amendment: Active shooters with criminal intent and mental health issues have forced foolish politicians to scream that guns must be banned. Meanwhile, law-abiding Americans are the folks who’ll have to put up with the infringement.
And as the law isn’t enforced in large cities, innocent Americans will be targeted with no way to defend their families.
Most recently, New Mexican Governor Grisham signed an emergency order to suspend the 2nd Amendment, was then told by a judge that it’s unconstitutional, and issued a modified order which suspends the amendment again.
6) Fourth Amendment: Spying and surveillance by various government agencies is never-ending. This is another amendment that’s been nullified at least since the Patriot Act of 2001.
7) Fifth and Sixth Amendments: January 6th protestors were arrested and tossed in jail indefinitely for trespassing, and trials have not been held. Due process doesn’t exist as there are a myriad of examples: J-6 treatment of protestors, Trump indictments, parents arrested at school board meetings for disagreeing with LGBTQ agenda to list a few.
Eminent Domain is used to expand the tax base of local governments instead of building a school or a playground or something else that locals can use for their benefit. Or, land is taken from Americans to implement United Nations sustainable development goals.
8) Eighth Amendment: Again, January 6th protestors who’ve been placed in solitary confinement for the petty crime of trespassing.
9) Ninth Amendment: Covideception lockdowns and forced vaccinations for the common cold. Americans should have had the right to say no to this but were arrested instead. And we’re going to have the same practices forced on us again now that election time is coming up and two new weaker variants are floating in the air.
Farmers are forced to shut down or curtail the acreage they plant on because it’s creating too much carbon dioxide, and cows are slaughtered because flatulence is harmful to the environment.
I’m not a constitutional lawyer, so there’s no doubt that I’m overlooking a lot of interpretations that could reveal more violations of this great document. But it’s still obvious that our government – fed level and below – has no concern for governing within the bounds of the US Constitution.
