When Slow Joe Biden once said, “No amendment to the Constitution is absolute,’’ he meant it.
He made that statement two years ago in reference to gun control, but while his administration and his fellow lefty politicians try to create a myriad of back door attempts and perform legal hocus pocus to confiscate firearms, he’s jumping through hoops and over canyons to shut you up as well.
Last week, on the Fourth of July, ironically, a Missouri judge said that the Biden Administration violated the First Amendment by conspiring with tech companies to censor anyone who goes against the government-prescribed narrative.
US District Judge Terry Doughty said this must stop.
You shouldn’t have to ask which narrative despite there being too many. If you’re paying attention they’re all over the airwaves. Here’s what’s known but we can’t talk about: Slow Joe has seven grandkids, not six; Bidenomics is an epic and complete failure; Slow Joe and his son are lackeys of the Chinese Communist Party; Hunter’s plea deal emphatically states there’s a two-tiered justice system; Slow Joe should be impeached for influence peddling to foreign countries; Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ are running interference to protect Slow Joe and his crack-addicted child.
And what’s more shocking is that the Biden Administration is appealing it.
How can he do that and still believe he’s “preserving democracy’’?
Would an appeal hold up that violates our constitution? Lawfully, it can’t. But the way it works these days is that if you disagree with the lies of our government, you are a threat to democracy. Because of that, you must be silenced.
Ideally, you would have to repeal the First Amendment, which can take years, before even creating a law that legalizes censorship. Or at least you should have a carefully and cleverly worded law that describes with extreme vagueness who can be censored. You can bet this law would never define mis-, mal-, or disinformation, or it would do so in such a vague way that would be all-encompassing so that the DOJ can skirt the issue in some circumstances and beat you down in others depending on more vague wording in their decisions to prosecute. But if the appeal is successful higher courts get involved here and it would have to be overturned by Missouri’s Supreme Court. That is, unless they’re already bought off.
Loyalists, who like to call themselves liberal even though they’re not, and anyone else on the political spectrum wouldn’t stand for this. For as tyrannical and intolerant as the Democrat plantation loyalists may be, they should realize they’ll have to behave and be careful so as not to Tweet or Gab the wrong judgement at one of the favored groups.
Now, if you want, you can shout derogatory expletives at straight, white males. But don’t say anything good about them, even if they change your flat tire or carry your groceries for you, or you’ll be slapped with the white supremacy brand, and you’ll be censored forever. Maybe you’ll be ostracized by your own group. Ugh! Wouldn’t that be a blow to your mental health and group-think?
We are now at a time in American history where politicians are making laws – and breaking them — to protect themselves. This is the best and most absolute way to see that tyranny is becoming more prevalent. What the US Constitution says, or reads, doesn’t matter. Your rights don’t matter, your voice doesn’t matter, your vote doesn’t matter.
Why does our government at all levels disregard the First Amendment? Because it wants to protect the lies. Why does it want to repeal the Second Amendment? Because you are a threat when you don’t believe the lies. Why does it violate the Fourth Amendment to spy on you and collect your electronic data? Because when you express disagreement with the lies, it knows where to find you and arrest you. Why does it violate the Fifth Amendment by hitting you with bogus, arbitrary charges? Because when you’re in jail, you don’t have the chance to refute the lies.
Way to go, Slow Joe. Your disregard – and disrespect — for the Bill of Rights should disqualify you from any political office, especially after swearing to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.’’
This is a man, more likely a relic, who has held political office most of his life, and he believes that it’s acceptable to curtail the inherent rights of American citizens to protect democracy.
Does the old man believe in logic? I suppose not while he defies it in leaps and bounds.
For all of you loyalists who wanted that grandpa-type in the White House, are you happy with who you got? Make sure you’re on your best behavior because with all of the BS and lies you have to remember, it may be a short matter of time before you upset someone’s emotional state.
And make sure you keep following all of the lies: that Slow Joe is doing a great job as president, that the covideception vaccines are safe, that slavery began in 1619 in the American colonies, that a man can be a woman and vice versa, that the war in Ukraine is to protect that country’s territorial integrity and preserve democracy, that Slow Joe never spoke to his kid about business dealings in China and elsewhere, that the spy balloons China sent across the US weren’t collecting information, that the southern border is closed, that kids aren’t being groomed in school to change their genders, that lockdowns helped stop the spread of the covideception, that Hunter’s laptop is Russian disinformation, that inflation is transitory, that all white people are racists and trannyphobes, that Trump’s unclassified documents in his home were a criminal act while Slow Joe’s all over Southeast PA were not, that the FBI and other three-letter agencies didn’t manipulate the 2020 election.
With all the smoke being blown it’s a miracle there’s no epidemic of COPD right now.
Those folks that are caught up in narcissistic group-think, wake up and snap out of the trance. There are more important issues going on that are detrimental to your lives. Once a government takes away the rights of one group, the rights of others will follow.
